If the exact address is unknown

We can discreetly confirm the address with the recipient by phone. The final cost will depend on the actual delivery method and address, and will be confirmed before payment.

Receiving your order and repeat delivery

When receiving your order, check its appearance, quantities and completeness.
With the buyer's agreement, the order may be handed to a third party, such as a colleague, concierge or receptionist.
If the recipient does not accept the order, repeat delivery is charged separately.
A photo of the handover depends on technical feasibility and the recipient's consent.

Periods of high demand

On holidays and peak days, delivery times and available slots depend on demand. A manager will consider your preferred time and confirm a possible schedule before payment.
